Online Order Return Policy
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Here's how to initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- If an item is damaged, include a detailed description and photo
Please note the following:
- Returns must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- We don't accept returns on final sale items.
- All returned items undergo inspection before approval.
- Once approved, refunds take 3-7 business days to process via the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- The return shipping fee is $10, and we'll provide a UPS label for your convenience.
- Alternatively, you may ship at your own expense through a local postal service or courier.
In-Store Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and the original payment method.
- Returns must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- We don't accept returns on jewellery, hats, hair accessories, Pre-loved merchandise, vintage, or final sale items.
- Online orders picked up in-store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of order pick-up.
Order Cancellation Policy
