Online Order Return Policy

As a student-operated learning lab and fashion retail store, the Boutique at Seneca is open for just 7 weeks during the Winter 2025 school semester. This limited schedule is why our return policy is 7 days. We appreciate your support for our students’ growth and learning.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Here's how to initiate a return:

• Email us at [email protected] with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • If an item is damaged, include a detailed description and photo

Please note the following:

• Returns must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
• We don't accept returns on final sale items.
• All returned items undergo inspection before approval.
• Once approved, refunds take 3-7 business days to process via the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• The return shipping fee is $10, and we'll provide a UPS label for your convenience.
• Alternatively, you may ship at your own expense through a local postal service or courier.

In-Store Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and the original payment method.
• Returns must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
• We don't accept returns on jewellery, hats, hair accessories, Pre-loved merchandise, vintage, or final sale items.
• Online orders picked up in-store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of order pick-up.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once prepared for shipment, orders can't be canceled or modified. Email us at [email protected] for cancellations.
