In the event you order an item to send as a gift to another person, we will collect the information required to process the order. In addition, Seneca uses a third party “Lightspeed” for the provision of our eCommerce platform and to facilitate our point of sale services. Lightspeed is held contractually responsible for processing information on behalf of Seneca, and only for purposes approved by Seneca. Like Seneca, Lightspeed maintains appropriate technical and organization measures to protect information from unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, theft, alteration or disclosure.
We may share information with agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. Seneca has taken reasonable measures to protect your information, which includes, but is not limited to use of encryption, physical and environmental security controls, access controls, and intrusion detection and prevention monitoring.
All credit card information you provide as payment is collected through our third party payment processor Stripe. You can visit Stripe’s website and learn about their privacy practices and how they securely process online payment transactions.
