1 Store FAQs
1.1 Is your store front open for business?

 

Fall 2024 Store Hours
The Boutique will be open from October 10th to December 3rd.

 

Store Operating Hours:

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
 

 

1.2 Can anyone shop in store?

 

Everyone is welcome to come to Seneca's Newnham Campus to shop at The Boutique. You can also buy online and pick up and return in-store. 

 

1.3 Is your packaging sustainable?

 

To promote sustainability within The Boutique, we wrap customer purchases in 100% recycled tissue paper and use 100% recycled paper bags. 

 

1.4 Do you offer Gift Cards?

 

We offer e-Gift Cards available to purchase online at www.senecaboutique.ca. We do not offer physical gift cards. For more information, please click here. 

 

1.5 Do you offer curb-side pickup?

 

We do not offer curb-side pickup. We do offer the option to purchase online and pick up in-store.

 

1.6 What methods of payment can I use?

 

The Boutique accepts the following forms of payment: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and e-Gift cards. We do not accept cash or Seneca One Cards.

2 Return, Exchanges, and Shipping FAQ's
2.1 What is your return policy?

 

In store: We offer full refunds and exchanges for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase date. We do not offer store credit.

 

Online: We offer full refunds ONLY for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items can be shipped back or returned in store. We do not offer store credit. To process your return, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy page here.

 

We do not accept returns on jewellery, hats, hair accessories, Pre-loved, vintage and FINAL SALE items.

2.2 What is your exchange policy?

 

In Store: We offer exchanges for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

Online: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to make an exchange, please contact The Boutique at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unworn and tags still attached.

We do not offer exchanges on jewellery, hats, hair accessories, Pre-loved, vintage and FINAL SALE items. 

 

2.3 Do you ship internationally?

 

We only offer shipping within Canada (excluding The Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut). Visit our shipping page here for more information.

 

2.4 Who do you ship with and how long does it take?

 

We ship with UPS and you may expect your package within 3-7 business days (standard shipping). To view our shipping policy, you can visit our page here.

 

2.5 How will I know The Boutique has received my order and how can I track it?

 

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

2.6 Can I cancel or change my order?

 

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. To view our order cancellation policy, you can visit our page here.

 

2.7 Is shipping free?

 

Shipping is free for orders $50 or more before tax, unless stated otherwise.

 

3 Boutique Rewards FAQ's
3.1 Do you have a rewards program?

 

Yes, we offer a points-based program called Boutique Rewards. For every one dollar you spend, you earn one point, online and in-store. For more information visit our rewards page here.

 

3.2 What are my benefits as a member of The Boutique Rewards program?

 

When you sign up for the Boutique Rewards program you will earn 50 points, plus you'll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend before tax. Once you reach 500 points, you will become a VIP and earn 2 points for every dollar spent. Each year on your sign-up anniversary, you will earn an additional 50 points.
